Our natural undyed Core Wool is an economical way to build the sculptural under base of your needle felting projects and to allow your more expensive dyed top wools to go farther.
This wool has also been carded which helps your projects felt faster. Core wool is also great for many other fiber crafts as well and makes a wonderful stuffing. If you need larger quantities, please send us a message.
Core wool is a natural wool product that has been cleaned and processed, however occasionally there will be little grassy bits. This is completely normal and referred to as "vegetable matter" in the fiber arts world - It is just a little reminder of how connected our craft is to the earth!
